NOTE : Due to room constraints and to prevent blocking the visual line of sight for your fellow exhibitors:
Single space $ 2,500
Double space $ 4,000
Booth space must be reserved by December 31, 2011 and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please send in your application as soon as possible to secure your space by completing the Exhibit Application and fax to 812-949-8535 or email to Jennifer@theprofitabledentist.com and you will receive an email confirmation that your space has been reserved within 48 hours.
All cancellation must be made in writing and at least 90 days prior to the seminar. No refunds for cancellations after January 20, 2012.
Firms and representatives not assigned exhibit space are prohibited from soliciting business in any form in the Exhibit Hall. Violators will be required to leave the exhibit hall.
Additional Exposure
Passport to Prizes:
To increase traffic at your booth, donate a prize valued at $250 or more. The prizes will be entered into a raffle and awarded during exhibit hours. EID will contribute a grand prize. There is no cost to participate (other than the cost of the giveaway and related shipping to the event). Giveaways must be non-commercial (no supplies from your company) and valued at $250 or more.
